Meet baby Emma!
Emma was one of my first few newborns in my new studio. This little girl was an absolute joy to work with and, I just have to say it, she had the most amazing head of hair I've ever seen on a newborn! She reminded me of my Olivia, who also, came into this Earth with the darkest head of hair ever!
For her session, Mom wanted to go with a timeless pink and floral theme, which turned out so sweet.
Emma's family chose the navy package, which this year now includes 10 digital images of baby ONLY. During this specific session, we were able to capture four different setups during our allotted time. I started with baby wrapped in a bed, then we placed in her in my most requested prop--the moon, and finally moved her to the bean bag.
Now, I have to tell you, while I aim to have baby asleep most of the session, baby Emma woke up near the end of our session and wanted no part of being asleep.
Mom was adamant we just keep trying to get an unwrapped image and I'm so glad we toughed it out.
We put Emma on the beanbag and fed her to get this amazing shot!
It's always fun to capture those precious moments when a newborn is alert and curious about the world around them.
