I met Kristen when Leo (my little man) was just born and Shane, her first son, was a few months old. Kristen allowed me to capture Shane's first birthday shoot, and then came back this winter to celebrate Wade's first birthday. It so amazing getting to see these wonderful families grow and be a part of it!
Wade is a February baby so Kristen wanted to both celebrate his "Wild ONE" and Valentine's Day. We decided to keep it rather simple for Wade. This is my new favorite trend. Simple solid backdrops that allow for the focus to really be on the birthday babe.
For the brotherly photo, we wanted to celebrate Valentine's Day in a clean way also. I opted for a wood backdrop with some V-day flair.
